Holiday Service Guide

First Baptist Church of Killeen is proud to keep CHRIST in Christmas and throughout our holiday season! We hope you will join us in celebrating our Savior’s birth into the new year!

  • Christmas Eve Morning, 11:00am

We are excited to meet together in one combined hour on the morning of Christmas Eve as our Advent season comes to a close! Rief & April will lead familiar carols from the piano and Dr. Wallace will deliver the sermon. There will be no classes meeting this morning, but child care will be offered for children through kindergarten.

  • Family Christmas Eve Service, 5:30pm

We offer two services on Christmas Eve. Our family service is filled with familiar music, a presentation of the Christmas Story for young listeners, a nativity scene, a message from our pastor, and a candlelit recessional using battery-operated candles. There is no child care offered at either service.

  • Classic Christmas Eve Service, 7:00pm

We offer two services on Christmas Eve. Our classic service is filled with familiar carols, a reminder of our Advent Wreath, a message from our pastor, and a candlelit recessional using wax candles. There is no child care offered at either service.

  • New Years Eve MasterClass, 9:45am

On New Years Eve, we will meet with all of our adult classes in the sanctuary at 9:45am for a combined MasterClass led by Tim Doerbaum. All youth and children’s ministries will meet in their usual locations at this time, including BLAST for children aged Pre-K through 4th grade.

  • New Years Eve, 11:00am

Come join us for a blended service led by our choir, orchestra, and praise band with guest speaker Dr. Tom Henderson, Director of Missions with the Bell Baptist Association!
